30-day money-back guarantee

SCARAB offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Developer and Financier subscriptions as well as premium pre-feasibility reports.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your purchase receipt, or contact the SCARAB team through our contact page and we will assist you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days once approved.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals; a refund of the current period can be requested within the 30-day window described above.
